My husband and I have just recently purchased a Pajero from your Mitsubishi dealership. I would just like to let you know that the staff I have dealt with in particular, were extremely helpful, professional and made the whole experience very smooth. Their confidence and knowledge of the Mitsubishi Pajero was very reassuing to me as I have never bought a brand new Mitsubishi before and was quite daunted by the whole idea. My father has in the past purchased a few Mitsubishi Pajero's through your dealership at Toowong Brisbane and has had very positive experiences.

We wanted to pass on our thanks to Nick and Leighton who we purchased our Diesel Pajero Exceed from last year. Unfortunately, I have not found time until recently to send this email, however I did send a letter to the Mitsubishi group in Melbourne when I received a feedback from them last year - this email is just in case the feedback has not been conveyed to them as yet.
We originally planned to buy a Pajero Petrol RX, but after taking us through an exceptional test drive process (including Leighton driving to Aspley one day for a test drive where my old car was getting a valuation) and pointing out the benefits of the Diesel Exceed, we upgraded, and have been extremely happy with the car and have recommended to all our friends.
Leighton was excellent 'on the ground', and Nick's confidence, honesty, and old fashioned service in the sales negotiation process was nothing short of brilliant. After an unsatisfactory experience at the Aspley dealership, and an even worse experience at Breakfast Creek Mitsubishi dealership we were cranky, confused, distrustful and exhausted. It was such a contrast to receive a straight answer, simple, up-front, honest and easy to understand advice from Nick - we were thrilled. We didn't feel 'sold to' just genuinely assisted. I think the one thing my husband and I appreciated the most was his experience, confidence and the options of cars he gave us, and the feeling he was working to get a mutually beneficial outcome. At Mitsubishi Breakfast Creek I remember the guy saying to us after 45 minutes of exhausting discussion with two very tired children, saying "Why would I give you my best price today, you'll have nothing to come back to me about"? He was so wrong, because had he acted the same was as Nick he would have had a sale that day.
Please pass this feedback on to Nick and Leighton because it is so rare to get such amazing service these days, and we are not only blown away by the car, but the process, follow up and subsequent servicing, so they deserve to be applauded.
